Major Indiana Victory In The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court just handed down a major victory in recognizing the humanity of unborn children by upholding humane burial or cremation. And while it temporarily punted on the issue of civil rights, Indiana has now forced the discussion from an angle the Court has never before considered, the civil rights of the unborn, and now we will encourage other states to follow our lead. As Justice Thomas makes clear, the issue of civil rights for the unborn is yet to be decided.
