Major Indiana Victory In The Supreme Court
The Supreme Court just handed down a major victory in recognizing the humanity of unborn children by upholding humane burial or cremation. And while it temporarily punted on the issue of civil rights, Indiana has now forced the discussion from an angle the Court has never before considered, the civil rights of the unborn, and now we will encourage other states to follow our lead. As Justice Thomas makes clear, the issue of civil rights for the unborn is yet to be decided.
This opinion is now part of the historical record of the Supreme Court. No future generation can ever say, “we didn’t know what we were doing”. Thank you for helping pass the Dignity for the Unborn Act and making sure this issue reached the Supreme Court.
